Anti-nausea tricks?
This post is about helping out a friend of mine.
My friend is newly pregnant and she's suffering terribly with nausea. She's munching water crackers, pepermint sweets and ginger beer, but she's desparate to find a solution. Does anyone have a suggestion?
She's been told it goes away around 12 weeks, but a) can't wait that long, and b) it might be 10 weeks, it might be 12, it might not go away at all.
And let me clarify that this question is absolutely, categorically NOT about myself. So don't bother making any comments.
xoxo Anna

I had a friend who used to drink chocolate milkshakes... Now i can not vouch for this myself, as i can categorically say that i have yet to be pregnant, however... get your friend to give this a try and tell me how she goes!

Morning sickness is like a bad hangover - the more you dwell on how crap you are feeling, the worse you feel!
Try the extravagant solution - pampering sessions and massage, all the things you won't have time for in a few months! Just don't go far without a water bottle and a bag of cashews.
PS this is from someone who really wasn't that afflicted with morning sickness! Enjoy
Thanks for the ideas guys!
From the Newly pregnant Person. I thank you all for your suggestions. I am posting this in November and am now 11 weeks and it is slowly getting better. Cashew nuts were a great suggestion and Chocolate milkshakes fantastic idea too but I'm gonna get FAT and not just witht he baby weight. Cheers guys xxx
