We visited Macauley Court last night and took some more pictures to show you ....
The Hallway...
The hall facing toward the master bedroom - the front door is on the left

The kitchen...
One of the original features of the flat, an original 20's kitchen dresser,
just seen on the left is the original fold-down ironing board.
The high-chair is NOT staying!!!!
The kitchen again, the cooker is on the right, the sink on the left.
The Bathroom...
This shows the other side of the bathroom to the estate agent site, the toilet and tiles are original 20's features.
Behind the door is the original linen press.
The towel rail is heated, which will be soooo welcome in winter!

I think the high-chair throws of the asthetics don't you?
In that house, it throws off the asthetics... Maybe it will suit the next place!
When do you move in? What changes have you planned? What new furniture are you going to buy?
We have to buy all new furniture, bed, sofa, dining table, chairs, sofa-bed, desk etc. We should be keeping their fridge, but may have to buy a dishwasher and washing machine.
We should be moving in July, we should have more of an idea shortly. It might even be when mum and dad will be here, it will be useful to have the extra hands!!
I am so happy that I have found your blog site and to see the pictures of the new apartment. It looks great.
